Thoughts for the New Year
- Are you doing what you truly want to do? Are you happy?
- Look back on your past kindly, but don't romanticize it. Keep your focus forward
- Do you remember anyone you hated 5 years ago? Does it matter now? (probably not, let your grievances with people go)
- Examine what you tolerate. Patience is a virtue, but you are not required to endure poor treatment.
- Find a lifestyle of eating and being active that works for you, not whatever is popular at the moment. The complexity of the human body is an absolute miracle, take care of it the way you see fit.
- It will never be your job to judge or comment on someone else's choices.
- Are you taking time to serve others? Are you taking time to take care of yourself?
- Every day is the beginning of anything you want. January 1st is not the only time to pursue your goals.
